Android 4.3 is really stable then the previous 4.2.2.Application like samsung wallet and samsung Knox are pre installed in the ROM.Samsung knox is working pretty well but Samsung Wallent is facing some issues but we all know Samsung is Perfectionist and will resolve those issues pretty fast.Also a reading mode has been provided which optimises the screen for reading purposes. but only some limited applictions can use this feature till now.A new keyboard is also installed. Most of the changes are under the hood, i mean they are technical, But most intersting thing is that new firmware has been improved colour Reproduction of display which makes screen quite clearer than before.
At Last keep in mind that Android 4.3 is under heavy development and samsung may add more features before rolling out the official ROM.
